Branding – your logo will feature on:

• The event flyer (subject to date of confirmation)
• All electronic mailings promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)
• The dedicated event website with a hyperlink through to your website
• The opening slide of each session
• Appropriate signage in the registration area and at the conference lunch (to be supplied by the IET)
• The ‘thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ slide

Exhibition:

• A 3m x 2m exhibition space to promote your company (to include wif-fi access a table, two chairs and power supply)

Advertising:

• One piece of your marketing material or promotional item to be distributed to all delegates on the registration desk (subject to size and weight restrictions)

You will also receive:

• Four delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the conference/man the stand. Any additional delegates can receive a 25% discount on the appropriate attendance rates
• Acknowledgement by the chairman in the main session

As the conference dinner sponsor you will receive the following benefits:

• All printed material for the conference. Subject to when you confirm your sponsorship this will include the call for papers flyer, the provisional programme and the final programme details
• The website with a link to your own site
• Signage at the venue
• A promotional item from your company to be included in the delegate bag (sponsor to provide material and may be subject to weight and size restrictions)
• Branding at the venue and can give delegate gifts or brand the tableware (sponsors to provide gifts or tableware)
• Two conference delegate places for representatives of your company or your chosen guests to attend the conference. Any additional delegates can receive a 25% discount on the appropriate attendance rates
