Table allocation and room plan

Tables for the IET Annual Dinner are allocated based on the date that payment for the table(s) is received by the IET; therefore if you are booking tables separately we cannot guarantee they will be placed together.

The finalised room plan will be available to download from the website the week commencing Monday 28 January.

 

Seating plans

The seating plan form must be completed and returned to annualdinner@theiet.org by Friday 1 February 2013, to guarantee your guests' details are listed. Due to printing deadlines we cannot guarantee that any information received after this date will be included.

Any changes to your guest list after Friday 1 February 2013 please e-mail your revised guest list to annualdinner@theiet.org. This will ensure that guests who are not listed in the seating booklet may be directed to their tables upon their arrival.

The IET Annual Dinner 2013 official seating booklet will be available on the evening. The booklet will include the first initial and surname, together with any titles, decorations or degrees of all who attend the dinner based on the information provided by the table booker.

 

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received the following will apply:

  • 42 + days before event start date = Full refund
  • 30 - 41 days before event start date = 50% of fee
  • 0 - 31 days before event start date = No refund

Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Once payment is received your application will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to you.
