An auditorium heard Philip Langsdale, CIO, BAA discuss the key challenges for Heathrow in managing and coping with the impact of disruption and controlling knock-on effects of delays and the effective collaboration between the different stakeholders within the airport.
The lecture was followed by a drinks reception where delegates continued discussions on the evenings topics. The evening was well received by all and plans are already underway for the Appleton Lecture 2013.
