Venue
IET BioSysBio 2008 will be held at Imperial College London
in the Sir Alexander Fleming building on the South
Kensington campus.
Imperial College is famous for its
science and engineering schools and is ranked in the top
ten universities of the world (2006 Times Higher
Education). It is the perfect host for the cutting edge
research on show at IET BioSysBio 2008.
The South Kensington campus is located in the heart of the
Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, a quiet and green
part of London, yet close to several of London's major
cultural landmarks.
Next to the building are the Royal
College of Art and the Royal College of Music. Close by
visitors will find The Natural History Museum, Science
Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum and Royal Albert Hall.
Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and the Serpentine Gallery are
just a short walk away.
London's West End is a few minutes by bus or tube, offering
all the opportunities for entertainment, clubbing and
culture in one of the world's most vibrant capital cities.
