Cancellation or substitution
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received at least seven days prior to the event, a refund of 50% of the total fee will be made. If no notice of cancellation is received, no refund can be made.
Substitutions can be accepted at any time before the seminar provided that the Event Manager is notified in advance in writing.
Your application will not be processed without payment. Once payment is received your application will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to you. To receive the early bird discount, payment must be received on or before 28 April 2008.
Author registration
All authors must be registered by Monday 19 May 2008. Failure to do so may result in their paper being removed from the programme.
