Welcome to Fibre to Europe 2010
The IET is delighted to announce the inaugural seminar, Fibre to Europe.
Infrastructure investment is a massive part of the road to recovery from financial crisis. For this reason, spending on fibre optics is as important as building the railways of the 19th century.
Connectivity is on government agendas however, Internet and IT projects have always been complicated, expensive and technically challenging.
The full programme will be available in March 2010.
Fibre to Europe 2010 will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Amsterdam-Schipol.
This venue was chosen by the IET for its great conference reputation and its proximity to the city and Amsterdam airport.
