New open access journal, High Voltage

The IET and China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI) have launched a new fully open access journal, High Voltage.

The journal welcomes original research papers and review articles covering high-voltage power engineering and applications, including experimental, computational and theoretical studies. APC is also waived for 2016.
