The 18th IET course on High Voltage Engineering and Testing (HVET) will provide an insight into the the latest methods and technologies within the high voltage transmission and distribution engineering industry.
HVET is a long running comprehensive course and is being re-developed for 2013.
With a great focus on the basics of high voltage power systems, their individual components and fundamental aspects of high voltage testing and test techniques, HVET will continue to deliver essential engineering intelligence.
This four day event, which includes a site visit to one of the UK’s major HV sites plus an interactive, hands-on day with some of the key industry names and their equipment, enables attendees to leave with a strong insight into state of the art design and testing techniques.
Attendees will also receive a certificate of attendance, which they may use as evidence for their CPD records.
