The IET Kelvin lecture 2015 was delivered by Sir Michael Pepper FRS, FREng at The Royal Institution.


In this lecture, Sir Michael Pepper, Pender Professor of Nanoelectronics in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering and Honorary Professor of Physics, University College London (UCL) discussed the progress on the application of semiconductor devices and technology for exploration of fundamental physical phenomena.
