Next Generation Networks

1 December 2009 | IET London: Savoy Place

Welcome

The Institution of Engineering and Technology are delighted to announce the 4th Conference on Next Generation Networks.

The conference will centre on both WiMAX and LTE technologies and provide delegates with some insight into deploying 4G networks in Europe. Discover what challenges can be expected and how best to deal with these barriers.

Delegates will also have the chance to see what ‘killer applications’ can be expected over the coming months and years. We will look at what mobile versions of internet applications are available and ask the question; are mobile services expected to mirror their desktop counterpart?

Regulatory representatives will also be presenting on the day and will provide delegates with an insight into the frequency allocation process and planned spectrum auctions in 2010.

Aims of the conference
