Sponsorship

Sponsoring or exhibiting at this seminar will place your organisation in a unique position to promote your brand, your products and services and position your company as the key player within this industry sector.

The IET uses an extensive marketing campaign to inform our members and relevant database contacts of our events programme to ensure the highest attendance and quality of guests.

For many companies, a sponsor partnership with IET has become an integral part of their marketing mix, delivering a hard-to-achieve blend of branding, positioning, association and critically, face-to-face interaction with the people that matter.

Exhibition

The exhibition area will provide the opportunity for vendors to demonstrate their technology applications and engage end-users in a relaxed and informal setting.

Unlike a traditional large exhibition or trade show, you will gain access to the strategic target audience during a time when the attendees are relaxed yet focused on discussing current developments in the industry. Our team of experienced event managers handle all administrative, marketing and promotional needs, leaving you free to concentrate on your own plans for the seminar and to generate new business.

Packages available

Co-headline sponsor – £2,800 + VAT

As a co-headline sponsor there will be a wide range of branding opportunities available to raise your profile and brand awareness, both prior to and during the conference.

Branding – your logo will feature on:

• All promotional material (electronic mailings and print advertisements) from time of sponsorship agreement
• The events website with a hyperlink through to your website and company description (80 words max) will also be included
• Your logo on the holding slide for each session
• Signage in the registration area – supplied by the IET
• The material given to delegates on-site

Exhibition:

• A 3m x 2m exhibition space to promote your company (to include WiFi access, a table, two chairs and power supply)

Advertising:

• Your company marketing material or promotional item to be included distributed to delegates on arrival (subject to size and weight restrictions)

You will also receive:

• Acknowledgement by the chairman in the opening address
• Three delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the conference/man the stand. Any additional delegates can receive a 25% discount on the appropriate attendance rates (Please note that free delegate places cannot be used to substitute author’s fees)

Delegate bag - £2,000 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

The delegate bag will be distributed to all delegates at the conference and will no doubt be used long after the event, creating maximum branding exposure for your organisation.

Branding – your logo will feature on/within:

• Delegate bag in the most appropriate one colour (supplied by the sponsor)
• The events website with a hyperlink through to your website and company description (60 words max) will also be included
• Your company marketing material or promotional item to be included within the bag (subject to size and weight restrictions)
• ‘Thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ holding slide

Lanyard sponsor - £1,500 + VAT (sore sponsorship)

Branding - your logo will feature on/within:

• The lanyards in the most appropriate one colour to be worn by all delegates (supplied by the sponsor)
• The events website with a hyperlink through to your website along with company description (60 words max) will also be included
• ‘Thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ holding slide

USB stick - £2,000 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

Branding - your logo will feature on:

• The USB memory stick (supplied by the sponsor/deadline: 12 October 2012)
• Company information on the USB stick with a hyperlink through to your website
• Your logo to appear on the events website with a hyperlink through to your website and company description (60 words max) will also be included
• ‘Thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ holding slide

Exhibition space - £1,100 + VAT

Exhibiting at this conference will place your organisation in a unique position to promote your brand, your products and services, and position your company as the key player in the offshore wind community.

The exhibition will run alongside the conference within the catering area.

Included in the space fee are:

• Your exhibition space, (a 3m x 2m space, two chairs and a power supply)
• The opportunity to have a branded item or piece of company literature to be distributed to all delegates on arrival
• A dedicated page for all sponsors/exhibitors on this website, along with your logo and company information (50 words) and a hyperlink to your company website
• Free wireless internet access at the event

Extras:

• You will also receive two delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the conference/man the exhibition stand. Any additional delegates can receive a 25% discount on the appropriate attendance rates (Please note that free delegate places cannot be used to substitute author’s fees)
