The IET’s inaugural Offshore Wind Technology 2011 conference is a must-attend event for industry experts and manufacturers (working in transmission, generation, distribution) policymakers and academics.

Through a series of technical presentations, practical case studies and interactive sessions attendees will gain a greater understanding of the innovations taking place in the offshore wind energy sector for example:- turbines, multi-terminal platforms, cabling and connections, supergrids, building offshore foundations  and windfarms etc.

Delegates will also receive the latest updates on major offshore projects underway, learn lessons from cost-cutting strategies and have the opportunity to network, knowledge-share and build business relationships with an expert delegation.
