Mitsubishi Electric is JGPL’s main business partner. Mitsubishi manufactures state-of-the-art power semiconductor components, most of which are IGBT based. These range from small general purpose modules through to high voltage (1.7kV, 3.3kV, 4.5kV & 6.5kV) and high current products (up to 2500A). Also included is a wide selection of modules with in-built intelligence.

Products offered by JGPL from other manufacturers include laminated busbars from Eldre, discrete thyristors, diodes and custom IGBT modules from Powerex and electrolytic capacitors from Sic-Safco. Also within the portfolio are IGBT gate drivers, custom designed heatsinks  and thermal interface materials.
