Principles of Modern Radar: Advanced Techniques
We are excited to announce that Radar 2012 will be the official public release of SciTech Publishing’s second volume in the Principles of Modern Radar series, Advanced Techniques!
The Principles of Modern Radar series is the result of a very unique community publishing venture in which the worldwide radar community has volunteered to complete multiple reviews of the manuscripts during development.
Through extensive peer review by professionals in academia, military, and commercial enterprises, the Principles of Modern Radar series provides both the qualitative and quantitative rigour for the intended audience of professionals and students.
Principles of Modern Radar: Advanced Techniques is a stepping-stone for professionals and students into the most modern techniques being employed in the development of radar systems. It will serve as a professional reference and textbook for advanced radar academic and corporate training courses with a complete set of problems for students as well as solutions for instructors.
The first book in the Principles of Modern Radar series, Basic Principles, became the leading radar textbook in less than 18 months and established the power of community publishing with over 60 experts paving the road to a book you can trust. Advanced Techniques uses the same publishing model and many of the reviewers of Basic Principles returned to provide their expertise.
Principles of Modern Radar: Advanced Techniques will be available at Radar 2012 for purchase. The lead editor of this book, William L. Melvin will also be teaching the STAP Systems tutorial on Monday 22 October.
