By road
From M1 (Northbound)
- Leave the M1 at junction 24 (signposted Stoke (A50) & Derby (A6)
- Join the A50 towards Stoke-on-Trent
- Leave A50 at Exit 2, continue onto the A6 towards Derby
- At the Thulston roundabout, continue straight on, signposted for Derby A6 (A5111), Nottingham A52 and Matlock A6
- At the Raynesaway Island roundabout, take the first exit signposted Ring Road (A5111)
- At the Raynesaway Island roundabout, take the last exit signposted City Centre & A6
- Continue past the Roundhouse Pub which is on your left
- Continue past Wickes on your left, over the hump in the road and take the last turning on the left before the next roundabout, through the black wrought iron gates
- The entrance to Reception is at the front of the main building
From M1 (Southbound)
- Leave the M1 at Junction 25 (signed Nottingham, Derby & A52)
- Join the A52 towards Derby
- Continue for 5 miles
- Leave A52 onto A5111
- Continue until you come to the second roundabout with a BP service station on your left
- Turn right here towards Derby City Centre
- Approx 1.5 miles along this road ( London Road), continue past Wickes on your left, over the hump in the road and take the last turning on the left before the next roundabout, through the black wrought iron gates
- The entrance to Reception is at the front of the main building
By rail
The nearest mainline station is Derby and there are taxis are available from the station.

The Derby Conference Centre is about an hour away from Birmingham airport (www.bhx.co.uk) and it is about 1 hour 20 minutes from Manchester airport (www.manchesterairport.co.uk)
