Sponsorship packages

Co-headline sponsorship- £5,000 + VAT (two co-headline slots available)

• Your logo will feature on the event flyer (subject to date of confirmation)
• Your logo will feature on all email shots (subject to date of confirmation)
• Your logo will feature on the opening slide of each session
• Your logo will feature on the event full page advert within E&T magazine with a circulation of 150,000 (subject to date of confirmation)
• Your logo will feature on the event website with a 100 word company profile and link to your own site
• Four delegate places for representatives of your company to man the stand and attend the conference. Free delegate places cannot be used to substitute your author’s fees.
• One piece of your company marketing material or promotional item to be included in the delegate pack/bag (subject to size and weight restrictions)
• Appropriate signage in the registration area (sponsor to supply and subject to size restrictions)
• One standard exhibition space including table, two chairs and power supply

Official welcome drinks reception - £3,500 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

• Appropriate signage and display at welcome drinks reception (sponsor to supply)

CD-ROM conference proceedings sponsor - £3,500 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

• Your logo will feature on the conference proceedings front cover and the conference proceedings CD-ROM
• Your logo will feature on the event website with a link to your own site
• Two delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the conference.  Free delegate places cannot be used to substitute your author’s fees
• 100 words (max) company information on the CD-ROM

Delegate bag sponsorship - £3,500 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

• Your company logo to be printed on the delegate bags to be given to all conference delegates upon arrival
• One piece of your company marketing material or promotional item to be included in the delegate pack (subject to size and weight restrictions)
• Your logo will feature on the event website with a link to your own site
• Two delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the conference.  Free delegate places cannot be used to substitute your author’s fees
• 100 words (max) company information on the website

Delegate pads and pens sponsor £1,000 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

• Pad and pen with company logo (to be supplied by the sponsor) inserted in each delegate bag/pack

Bag inserts - £400 + VAT

• One item of company promotional material to be inserted into each delegate bag (subject to size and weight restrictions)
