Sponsorship opportunities available

 

Course dinner sponsor - £2,000 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

As the sponsor you will benefit from the following:

 

Branding - your logo will appear on:

  • All marketing material promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)
  • ‘Thank you to our sponsors’ holding slide
  • The IET dedicated events website with a hyperlink to your website
  • Appropriate signage in the registration area (to be supplied by sponsor)

  

Exhibiting  – you will be provided with optional space for a 3m x 2m stand in the catering area - this space will include one table, two chairs and access to a power supply.

You will also have the opportunity to place a corporate gift or marketing material on the tables in the reception area.

You will also receive two delegate places for representatives of your company to man the exhibition stand.

 

Delegate bags - £300 + VAT  per logo

The delegate bag will be distributed to all delegates at the course for them to use through the week and will no doubt be used long after the event, creating maximum branding exposure for your organisation.

 

Branding - your logo will appear on:

  • The IET dedicated events website along with a hyperlink to your website
  • All marketing material promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)
  • On the delegate bag in one colour

 

You will also have the opportunity to place a corporate gift or marketing material into the delegate bag

 

Inserts are also available at £300 + VAT per insert.

 

Lanyards - £500 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

Lanyards to be supplied by the sponsor.

  • The IET dedicated events website along with a hyperlink to your website
  • All marketing material promoting the event (print items subject to date of confirmation)

 

Delegate folders - £500 + VAT

The delegate folders will be distributed to all delegates at the course for them to use through the week and will no doubt be used long after the event, creating maximum branding exposure for your organisation.

 

Branding - your logo will appear on:

  • The IET dedicated events website along with a hyperlink to your website
  • All marketing material promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)
  • On the front of the delegate folder

  • Place corporate information inside the folder
  • Opportunity to supply company branded pads and pens
