20 - 25 September 2015 | Milton Hill House, Oxford, UK

Satellite Communication Systems is an industry-standard course designed to aid an in-depth understanding of technical topics within the context of a comprehensive overview of satellite communications.

Now in its 30th successful year, the course provides relevant and up-to-date technical training for the professional satcoms engineer.

Experienced presenters provide valuable insight into both principles and practice of satcoms, with each session presented by a leading expert in their field, drawn from across industry, government and academia. The lecture sessions are complemented by a choice of project exercises undertaken in small groups during the week.

The course is structured to develop understanding in a progressive fashion, ranging from the underlying principles of link budgets and transmission through to state-of the art in modern systems, such as Ka-band services.
