Course objectives

This professional development course will:

• Cover the various phases of the safety lifecycle in a systematic manner
• Deal with systems, hardware, software and human factor issues
• Address risk based approaches to the development of the safety requirements specification
• Allow participants to consider and apply the requirements of IEC 61508 in a realistic manner through case study material and practical exercises
• Provide the opportunity to address practical work based issues

Dinner sponsor - £2,000 + VAT (sole sponsorship)

As the dinner sponsor a wide range of branding opportunities will be made available to you both prior to and during the course:

Branding – your logo will feature:

• The IET events website along with a hyperlink to your website
• Appropriate signage and display at the dinner reception
• Two company representatives to attend the dinner
• Five minute speaking slot at the start of the dinner

Delegate bag sponsor - £500 + VAT

The delegate bag will be distributed to all delegates at the course and will no doubt be used long after the event, creating maximum branding exposure for your organisation.

As a delegate bag sponsor, a wide range of sponsorship opportunities will be made available to you.

Branding – your logo will feature:

• The IET events website along with a hyperlink to your website
• On the delegate bag in two colour

You will also have the opportunity to:

• Place a corporate gift or marketing material into the delegate bag

Inserts are also available at £300 + vat per insert.

Delegate folders - £500 + VAT

The delegate folders will be distributed to all delegates at the course for them to use through the week and will no doubt be used long after the event, creating maximum branding exposure for your organisation.

Branding – your logo will feature:

• The IET dedicated events website along with a hyperlink to your website
• All marketing material promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)
• On the front of the delegate folder
