Co-headline sponsorships (three headline sponsorship opportunities available) - £5,500 + VAT

Branding - your logo will feature on:

• All marketing material promoting the event including electronic mailings
• The dedicated events website with a hyperlink through to your website
• Company information (100 words max) on the ‘sponsors/exhibitors’ page
• The welcome slide at the beginning of the conference
• The header slides
• The ‘thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ slide
• Appropriate signage in the registration area (provided by the IET)
• The front of the delegate pack given to delegates on arrival

Branding on the delegate bags:

The delegate bag will be distributed with your logo (in the most appropriate one colour) to all delegates at the event and will no doubt be used long after the event, creating maximum exposure for your organisation.

This package also includes the opportunity to place one branded item or piece of company literature within the bag.

Exhibition:

• A 3m x 2m exhibition space to promote your company (to include Wi-Fi access, a table, two chairs and power supply)

Extras:

• You will also receive three complimentary delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the conference and man your exhibition stand
• You will also be acknowledged by the Chairman
• Your company marketing material or promotional item to be distributed to delegates on arrival
• Banner advertisement (to be supplied by the sponsor) on the most prominent page of your choice on the events website
• Banner advertisement on your chosen presentation which will appear on IET.tv which will reach a global audience (post event)

Drinks reception sponsor (sole sponsorship) - £TBC + VAT

The drinks reception will take place following the conference sessions on the first day and will include two glasses of wine with canapés per person and will last approximately two hours.

As the drinks reception sponsor, a wide range of branding opportunities will be made available to you both prior to and during the event.

Branding - your logo will feature on:

• The dedicated events website with a hyperlink through to your company website
• Company information (80 words max) on the ‘sponsors/exhibitors’ page
• All marketing material including electronic mailings promoting the event
• Appropriate signage and display at the drinks reception (supplied by the IET)
• Within the programme under ‘Drinks reception sponsored by..’
• The welcoming slide at the beginning of the conference

This is an opportunity to include information about your organisation on a USB memory stick which is given to all delegates on arrival.

An exhibition will run within the Smart Metering 2012 event, covering a range of products and services on both days of the conference.

Included in the space fee are:
