Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities

 

Co-Headline sponsor - £3,500 + VAT

Branding – your logo will feature on:

  • All marketing material promoting the event including electronic mailings
  • The dedicated events website with a hyperlink through to your website
  • Company information (70 words max) on the ‘sponsors/exhibitors’ page
  • The welcoming slide at the beginning of the conference
  • The master slides
  • The ‘thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ slide
  • Appropriate signage in the registration area (provided by the IET)

Exhibition:

  • A 3mx2m exhibition space to promote your company (to include WiFi access, a table, two chairs and power supply)

Extras:

  • Three delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the Event (access to conference sessions and to man the stand during exhibition). Any additional delegates can receive a 25% discount on the appropriate attendance rates
  • You will also be acknowledged by the Chairman
  • Banner advertisement (to be supplied by the sponsor) on the most prominent page of your choice on the events website

 

Delegate bag - £1,200 + VAT (Sole sponsorship)

The delegate bag will be distributed to all delegates at the conference and will no doubt be used long after the event, creating maximum branding exposure for your organisation.

  • Delegate bag in the most appropriate one colour
  • The dedicated events website with a hyperlink through to your website
  • Company information (70 words max) on the ‘sponsors/exhibitors’ page
  • Your company marketing material or promotional item to be included in the delegate bag (subject to size and weight restrictions)
  • ‘Thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ holding slide

 

Lanyard sponsor - £1,800 + VAT (Sole sponsorship) - Sold out

Branding - your logo will feature on:

  • The lanyard given to all delegates upon arrival in the most appropriate one colour
  • The dedicated events website with a hyperlink through to your website
  • Company information (60 words max) on the ‘sponsors/exhibitors’ page
  • The welcoming slide at the beginning of the conference
  • The ‘thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ holding slide
  • Within the delegate pack along with your company description (60 words max) which will be distributed on the day

Extras:

  • Opportunity to place one branded item or piece of company literature within the bag (subject to size and weight restrictions)

 

Advertising option - £500 + VAT

Branding:

  • Your company marketing material or a promotional item to be included into the delegate pack or distributed on the registration desk (subject to size and weight restrictions)
  • Any additional delegates can receive a 25% discount on the appropriate attendance rates

 

Exhibition space - £1,500 + VAT

The exhibition area will run alongside the conference and will provide the opportunity for vendors to demonstrate their technology applications and engage end-users in a relaxed and informal setting.

Included in the space fee are:

  • A 3mx2m exhibition space to promote your company (to include WiFi access, a table, two chairs and power supply)
  • Your logo to appear on the events website with a hyperlink through to your website and company description (60 words max) will also be included
  • ‘Thank you to our sponsors/exhibitors’ holding slide

Your organisation will also receive:

  • Two delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the event (access to conference sessions and to man the stand during exhibition). Any additional delegates can receive a 25% discount on the appropriate attendance rates

 

All sponsors and exhibitors will receive 25% discount off of the standard non- member delegate rate when you book any additional delegates onto the conference.
