We are always happy to tailor make a sponsorship package to suit your company's individual needs.

Headline sponsorship (sole sponsorship) - £2,500 + VAT

Branding – your logo will feature on:

• All electronic mailings promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)
• The event website with a hyperlink through to your website
• Appropriate signage in the registration area (to be provided by sponsor)
• Your logo on all delegate handouts

Exhibition:

• A 3m x 2m exhibition space to promote your company (to include a table, two chairs and power supply)

You will also receive:

• Three delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the seminar and man the exhibition stand
• Opportunity to give all seminar delegates a piece of promotional literature
• Banner advertisement on the seminar website

Lunch sponsor (sole sponsorship) - £2,000 + VAT

As the lunch sponsor, a wide range of branding opportunities will be made available to you both prior to and during the seminar.

Branding – your logo will feature on / within:

• The event website with a hyperlink through to your website
• Appropriate signage and display with the lunch area (to be supplied by sponsor)
• All electronic mailings promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)

Exhibition:

• A 3m x 2m exhibition space to promote your company (to include a table, two chairs and power supply)

You will also have the opportunity to:

• Provide branded merchandise such as napkins

You will also receive:

• Two delegate places for a representatives of your company to attend the seminar and man the stand

Exhibition space - £1,500 + VAT – limited space available

Branding – your logo will feature on:

• The event website with a hyperlink through to your website
• All electronic mailings promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)

Exhibition:

Lanyards (sole sponsorship) - £1,500 + VAT

Sponsor to supply lanyards

Branding – your logo will feature on/within:

• The event lanyard to be supplied by the sponsor and attached to delegates’ badges
• The event website along with a hyperlink to your website
• All electronic mailings promoting the event (subject to date of confirmation)

You will also receive:

• Two delegate places for representatives of your company to attend the seminar

Stationery sponsor (sole sponsorship) - £500 + VAT

Sponsor to supply branded pads and pens for all delegates
